Our clubhouse and lounge has a coffee bar and work-from-home areas with ample seating and plenty of charging stations. This space also features floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer beautiful views, and a pathway to the outdoor pool, grilling station, bocce ball court, and firepit.

Lounge by the two-story gas fireplace; watch a movie; entertain friends; play arcade games, or a round of poker or foosball – whatever you want to do, the choice is yours.

Two Resort-Style Pools

In the heat of summer, our Columbus apartments offer two resort-style pools, with private cabanas and a spacious sundeck. You can swim laps, socialize with neighbors, hang out poolside with friends, and host an excellent party or barbecue. Lounge on one of the hammocks, unwind by the firepit, partake in lawn games, and enjoy a little healthy competition and a fun workout at our outdoor basketball court, tennis court, or sand volleyball court.

24/7 Fitness Center & Yoga Studio

At Grandview Apartments, staying healthy has never been easier. You don’t have to worry about fighting traffic just to get to the gym, and you’ll never have to skip leg day. It doesn’t matter whether you prefer to work out before or after work, because our Fitness Center and Yoga Studio are open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
